Dr. Jessica Weiser-McCarthy, MD
Dr. Weiser-McCarthy received her undergraduate degree from Yale College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha and received the Spencer Morris Prize for graduating first in her class. She then went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Harvard University's Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Weiser-McCarthy is a fellowship graduate of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Weiser-McCarthy is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and has been on staff at New York Presbyterian Hospital since 2003. She previously served as an associate program director of Cornell's internal medicine residency program and as a partner at 72nd Street Medical Associates. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Academy of Integrative Medicine.
She is known for her 'No-Quick-Fix' personalized approach to healthcare, practicing lifestyle-rooted medicine with an emphasis on evidence and data.
Dr. Juveria Abdullah, MD
Dr. Juveria Abdullah, familiarly known as “Dr. Juvy” by her patients, is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economics-Philosophy at Columbia University and her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Juvy is a graduate of the internal medicine residency program at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine and a fellowship graduate of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Juvy’s practice emphasizes a comprehensive approach to patient care, seamlessly blending conventional medicine with essential lifestyle factors, including nutrition, sleep, exercise, gut health, and mind-body practices. She incorporates biofeedback, evidence-based herbs and supplements, and elements of Eastern medicine to tailor individualized treatment plans.
